What a US rollout has to plan for
Hiring rules differ from state to state. Pay ranges in job postings, background-check consent, equal employment opportunity questions and work-eligibility checks at onboarding all have to be designed into requisitions, application forms and the offer-to-hire handover.

Do US companies have to move from SuccessFactors Recruiting to SmartRecruiters?
No. SAP said in March 2026 that it will honour all SuccessFactors Recruiting contracts and that customers will not be required to migrate. Whether and when to move is a business decision based on your hiring volume, how well Recruiting fits your process and how soon you want SmartRecruiters’ AI.
