Why we exist
The provider should not sit in the gap between HR and IT. The firm was built by senior SAP practitioners who had spent years watching the partner who sold the program disappear before it was built, so the people who advise are the people who build, test and support. In our own delivery, AI raises project risk flags that a lead reviews.

Who is EC Experts?
EC Experts is a Canadian-headquartered SAP partner that runs SAP SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters so that the CHRO and the CIO look at the same facts. We are deepest in SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll under CRA and Revenu Québec rules, talent, and the move from SuccessFactors Recruiting to SmartRecruiters, and we take over support from other providers. Beside that core we offer SAP Integration Suite and BTP, and S/4HANA Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud and Joule backed by our global partnerships. Senior practitioners lead the work and stay on it.
Are you an offshore provider?
No. We are Canadian headquartered and globally delivered. Montréal leads programmes and holds the client relationship; our other centres add scale and follow-the-sun coverage. We use global delivery for capacity and AI for acceleration, and we do not move accountability off the senior practitioner who is answerable to you.
What kind of organisations do you work with?
Large employers with complex HR and finance operations: multi-entity and multi-country structures, unionised populations, collective agreements, regulated sectors, and public-sector and Crown organisations in Canada. In the Gulf we work with employers managing the same complexity against local workforce and payroll obligations.
Do you work in French and Arabic?
Yes. Canadian work is delivered in English and French by practitioners who work natively in both, not through translation. Gulf work is delivered in English and Arabic. Documentation, workshops, training and support run in the language the audience actually uses.
Can you work on Canadian government programmes?
Yes. We have worked inside the constraints those programmes carry, data residency, privacy obligations, bilingual requirements and governance rigour.
